​MISSION STATEMENT
The Kenya Catholic Community in America inspired and motivated by the Gospel of Jesus Christ, intends to cherish, preserve and uphold the Catholic faith and embody its social and moral teaching as we act to:
1.  Promote and support the small Christian Communities “Jumuiya” in the diaspora to strengthen our faith and families by nurturing spiritual wellbeing, peaceful and just communities and
2.  Support and coordinate activities that serve Kenyan Catholics in the United States to live their faith in solidarity with their brothers and sisters of all backgrounds.
 
As part of the overall mission of the Catholic Church, we aspire to work with local, national and international Catholic institutions and structures as well as other organizations, to assist people on the basis of their spiritual and social needs.
 
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
  1. To pray and work together to support and strengthen our Catholic faith, families and Christian communities.
  2. Support activities that enhance our families especially the children, youth and the elderly.
  3. Promote activities that provide space for a collective voice for the Kenyan Catholics in America and the diaspora.
  4. Promote cooperation between Catholic Church in Kenya and Kenyan Catholics in America and Diaspora
  5. Mobilize and support the Catholic Church here in America and in Kenya to promote its programs especially supporting the needy and promoting peace.
  6. Actively participate in evangelizing.
